Nitta Corporation of America is proud to announce completion of its 50,000-square-foot facility expansion, as of February 2017. The expansion, for which groundbreaking took place last March, increases the size of NCA’s Suwanee, Georgia factory by more than half, combining with the original 85,000-square-foot section for a total of approximately 135,000 square feet of available space. The additional space will be utilized for increased manufacturing capacity for Nitta’s PolyBelt nylon core and PolySprint finger-splice product lines, expansion of NCA’s conveyor belt fabrication capabilities, and an elevated office area for overseeing operations throughout the facility. 15 to 20 employees will be added to NCA’s staff in 2017 to fill the new production jobs this will generate. Nitta Corporation of America is very excited about this expansion and what it means to the growth of the company, as well as the future of Nitta worldwide. An open house is set for the week of July 10th, once all equipment is expected to be in place and operational, and invitations will be issued in the coming months to select distributors and end users of Nitta belting products.
We have opened a new branch in Omaha, NE.
ICE-Trade Production moved to her new Production Facilities in the middle of July 2016.
The complete concept of the ICE-Trade Production building is based on a very low CO2 footprint : an ecological heating system in the winter by means of wood pellets, a separate ventilation system for production and offices with recuperation of the heath, an insulation system from Rockwool, triple glass for the offices and double in the production.
Actually the building features one gantry crane with a capacity of 5 MT. but the construction allows that we can still add a second. The floor in the production is made for weights till 15 MT /m².
In the office part the stairs, office desks and all the lamps were designed by WP and produced in-house.
The ground surface is 1000 m² (10,760 ft²) with 700 m² production and around 600 m² offices and space for the production staff. The property is 6010 m².
With the new premises we will be able to work more efficient and the environment for the production staff is also far better than before.

BMG Conveyor Services, a member of the Tampa Bay business community since 1970, recently expanded operations and inventory capacity by adding a second location. The new property, which is across the street from the company’s headquarters near the Port of Tampa, adds an immediate 23,000 square feet and 4 acres to the company’s physical footprint, with space available to double warehouse facilities in the future. The property acquisition closed in mid-December 2015; by early January 2016 crews were building out the facility for BMG’s fabrication department. This included upgrading the electrical system with full 480 volt three-phase power service, upgrading to a 200-ton press brake, and adding a CNC machine. These and other improvements took about 30 days to implement; by early February, work was complete and the new location was fully operational.
