Chiorino expands sales team

Chiorino America is pleased to announce the addition of Roger Conard to their sales team. Roger has extensive experience in the belting industry, and is based in the Charlotte, NC area.

Chiorino America appoints new Operations Manager

Chiorino America is please to announce the promotion of Rich Quillen to Operations Manager for their Newark, Delaware operation. Rich has extensive operations management experience and was previously Customer Service Supervisor. He will report to Bert Flieger, President of Chiorino America.

Mr. Flieger comes to Chiorino with more than 30 years of experience in the industry, and a successful track record of building revenues and profitability through new business development, innovative marketing plans, and a focus on the Customer Experience.

In this capacity, Mr. Flieger will have full responsibility for Chiorino activity in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. He will report to the Board of Directors of Chiorino, Inc.

ASGCO “Complete Conveyor Solutions” announces new Central Territory Manager – Matt Hamilton

ASGCO® is pleased to announce that Matt Hamilton has joined the company as our new Central Territory Manager. Matt is based near Louisville, KY and his territory will include Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. His experience includes over 15 years in manufacturing as a sales representative and in providing excellent customer service.

Matt’s responsibilities will include managing, building and training our distribution networks and providing help on installations with distributor salesmen and technicians.

Sparks Belting Company Announces New President Mitch Mittlestadt

Sparks Belting Company, a Grand Rapids based conveyor belt manufacturer and supplier, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mitch Mittlestadt as President. In this role, he will work to support the company’s continued growth and development.

Mittlestadt is a seasoned industrial distribution executive with extensive experience in delivering organic growth through new market development, e-commerce technologies, new product introductions and driving best-in-class field service capabilities. He brings over 25 years of experience to Sparks. Most recently, he was the General Manager of Distribution Services at Professional Plumbing Group. Prior to that, Mitch worked at both Imperial Supplies and Grainger.

In his experience, Mittlestadt has helped to launch Grainger’s first e-commerce marketplace as well as developed business and marketing strategies for a leading fleet-focused distribution company that provided the company with significant growth. His positive attitude and leadership skills will enhance Sparks Belting’s commitment to providing quality, innovative products to the marketplace with a customer first approach.

Pete Haberbosch came to the Singer organization with 21 years industry experience in fluid power, industrial rubber and power transmission products with a mechanical engineering degree. He spent eleven years with the Gates Rubber Company as a District Sales Manager, National Accounts Manager, Regional Sales Manager in the Northeastern U.S. and ultimately Director of the Gates Performance Group. Randy Breaux assumed the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing, Distribution and Purchasing for Motion Industries Inc. In this new
role, Mr. Breaux will retain current responsibility for Marketing and Strategic Planning, but gain overall responsibility for the additional areas as above. Mr. Breaux joined Motion Industries in 2011 as Senior Vice President, Marketing after 20+ successful years at Baldor Electric Co. In 2014, he was promoted to his most recent position of Senior Vice President, Southern U.S., Marketing and Strategic Planning. Tony Cefalu was named Senior Vice President of Hose & Rubber, Shops and Service Centers for Motion Industries Inc. In this new position, Mr. Cefalu will continue to lead Motion’s efforts for hose, rubber, and gaskets, and now has the added responsibility for Shops and Service Centers including Automation, Fluid Power, Pumps and Repair. Mr. Cefalu started his career with the Berry Bearing Company in 1983, which became part of Motion Industries in 1993. He held positions of Manager of Hose and Rubber, Regional Manager, Vice President/General Manager of the Chicago Division, and Group Vice President of Mi Hose & Rubber, and Senior Vice President/Group Executive for the Central Group and Mi Hose & Rubber. In 2014, Mr. Cefalu
was promoted to his previous position of Senior Vice President, Eastern U.S. and Mi Hose & Rubber. Kevin Storer was named Senior
Vice President of U.S. Operations, President of Mi Mexico for Motion Industries Inc. Mr. Storer’s new role will expand to include all U.S.
branch and field sales operations. He will continue to have complete responsibility for Motion’s Mexico operations. Mr. Storer began his

Centers. Sean comes to us from a 20 year career at Apache
Inc. He will be responsible for the belt shops in Pocatello, ID,
LaMirada, CA, Tucson, AZ, Appleton, WI, Bolingbrook, IL,
Mason City, IA and Richfield, WI. Sean and his family will
continue to reside in Cedar Rapids, IA and is looking forward
to traveling the country in support of all the Kaman locations
and customers.
