Manufacturer Hospitality Hub

NIBA’s Manufacturer Hospitality Suite Night will be held at the Gaylord Texan on Thursday, September 11. NIBA has already secured several event spaces to make it as easy as possible for our Manufacturer members to participate. In addition to private suites, we are offering a social “Hub” Happy Hour option. The cost savings is in the shared bars that NIBA will organize in a central area.

  • Manufacturer Hospitality Hub Happy Hour (5:30 - 7:00 pm): Several designated meeting spaces within one large divided room to entertain attendees. Each company in the “hub” will contribute $5,000 for their semi-private suite space and shared bars. The only additional cost is if a company in the hub wants to offer an additional signature cocktail, food, or décor within their designated space. NIBA staff are available to help tailor your Hub setup to meet your goals.
  • Private Manufacturer Hospitality Suite (7:00 - 11:00 pm): Private meeting rooms for manufacturers that prefer a more exclusive space and to select their own food and beverage. Companies may select the suite space of their choice.

Next Steps: To request a hospitality suite:

Once confirmed, NIBA will provide Manufacturer members with the appropriate contact information at the hotel to coordinate logistical details for their respective hospitality suite
