Exhibit space is limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis according to payment date with priority given to NIBA Annual Convention Presenting, Diamond, Diamond+, Platinum, Gold+, and Gold level sponsors. Beginning in mid-July, representatives from the NIBA Program Committee will determine booth locations based on date of payment.

Every effort will be made to keep competitors as widely spaced as possible. Booths will continue to be sold on a first-come, first-served basis through Tuesday, August 13 or until booths sell out.

Exhibit space is exclusively available to current NIBA members. All NIBA Manufacturer, and Affiliate member companies are welcome. Qualified Distributor/Fabricator members may participate in the Expo as well, upon validation that 65 percent of their total sales are to distribution (not sold to end users, OEMs).

We suggest you register your booth right away and then come back and register your team when you have a better idea of who will be joining you. Booth registration does not include attendee registration. Convention registration is separate.

All booth participants must be registered for the NIBA Annual Convention. The cost of an exhibit space is $1,000 USD in addition to the Convention registration fees. You may register for a double 10’x20’ booth by registering and paying for two booths.

Each booth will include:

• 10’ x 10’ exhibit space with pipe and drape
• One 6’ long draped table
• Two chairs
• Wastebasket
• Booth ID sign

Note: Arizona Grand Ballroom is carpeted.

The Booth Assignments and Floor Plan will be shared at the end of July. Only belting and belting related accessories may be displayed at the Convention Expo. All displays, signs, and product samples must fit within the 10’ x 10’ booth perimeter. Nothing in the booth shall exceed 8’ in height.

Samples, souvenirs, and promotional items may be distributed from your booth; however, NIBA policy states that raffles, lotteries, or other high-value prize offers are not allowed.

Enhance your exhibit experience by investing in a sponsorship for increased visibility at the 2024 Annual Convention. A variety of sponsorship levels are available to NIBA members on a first-come, first-selected basis.
